N4 accident victims identified

Three people were killed in the accident.

Two of the three people who died in a head-on collision on the N4 between Sunbury and Belfast have been identified.

The accident occurred last Thursday at about 04:00, involving a Daihatsu Terios and a Toyota Yaris.

The Toyota, travelling in the direction of Middelburg, was carrying a woman identified as Mokadise Malebo (40), who was a passenger who sadly died in the accident.

Her husband, whose name is unknown at this stage, was treated for serious injuries at the Belfast Hospital and was later transferred to a hospital in Mbombela.

Two men, both passengers in the Daihatsu, also died in the crash.

One of the deceased has been identified as Partner Modisi (37), a Zimbabwean national who lived in Machadodorp.
