Municipality opens stand sales again
The Steve Tshwete Local Municipality has invited prospective homeowners to the Sydney Choma Banquet Hall for the sale of stands today.
The municipality has already sold 456 stands, with 256 remaining.
At about 20:25 last night, the municipality unexpectedly made an announcement on their Facebook page regarding the sale of remaining stands.
Only those who have invitation letters will be allowed to bid for the stands.
The process started at 07:30 in the hall.

Lerato Kgomo of the municipality said there are only 206 stands in Dennesig North, 49 in Hendrina and one in Aerorand West.
Those hoping for a first-time buyer discount will unfortunately not be eligible.
The sale of 712 stands started on July 25 and was supposed to end on July 31.
The municipality only sold 80% of the stands, leading them to open up the process again to sell the remaining plots.
