Man dies from alleged poisoning

A man lost his life in a suspected poisoning incident on Tuesday.

The man, who worked on a farm in Stoffberg near Blinkwater Meule, collapsed and began vomiting a blue substance, leading his colleagues to believe he had been poisoned.

Tragically, he died shortly after.

He is reportedly from the North West, but his family has yet to identify him.

Anyone who may know the deceased is urged to visit the Middelburg police.
