‘Still nothing’ says mom of missing boy

A distraught mother still does not know where her 12-year-old son is.

It has been two days now since Dante Zimmerman disappeared with his mother’s life partner, Jacques de Winnaar.

Missing 12-year-old boy found

Ms Lynne Zimmerman sent a WhatsApp message to a Middelburg Observer journalist with the words ‘still nothing’.

De Winnaar and Dante went to Kanonkop Spar to buy dinner but never returned home.

Ms Zimmerman first opened a missing person’s case as she thought that both of them might have been abducted.

She changed the case to kidnapping when she received information that De Winnaar and her son were seen in Bethal yesterday.

• Earlier today De Winnaar and Dante were apparently spotted in Secunda.

If you see them or know of their whereabouts, contact Ms Zimmerman on 071 200 0631.
