Mother says thank you to everybody who helped find her son

The mother of the 12-year-old boy who was missing for two days thanked everybody for their help in finding her son.

Ms Lynne Zimmerman would like to thank every person who contacted her in the two days her son, Dante, was missing.

Dante and Ms Zimmerman’s life partner, Jacques de Winnaar (36), disappeared on Monday when they went to Kanonkop Spar in Middelburg to buy food.

Since the moment their disappearance was put on social media, calls kept streaming in.

De Winnaar and Dante were seen in Bethal and Secunda and were found in Trichardt yesterday.

• Ms Zimmerman said this morning that she is going forth with a kidnapping case.
