To further incentivise you, cash prizes reach up to R20 000 for the winner of the 70km Marathon.

And if that still isn’t enough, each cyclist who finishes the race will receive a medal.

Manual Entries

Manual entries for all races will take place at GoCycles during working hours from October 31 to November 1, however, entries for the 120km race will begin a day earlier on October 30.

For A Good Cause

According to Alzu, the driving force behind the event is to generate funds in order to, “Assist youngsters from disadvantaged communities, who are left in dire need to be able to complete their schooling.”

The main beneficiaries of the event include Middelburg Primary School, Hoërskool Middelburg and the Middelburg Care Village.
