Athletes support Run 4 Life for cancer awareness

Athletes from several clubs supported the yearly Run 4 Life on Saturday.

The Rooies Athletic Club, in partnership with Life Midmed Hospital, hosted its yearly Run 4 Life at Dennesig Primary in support of cancer awareness.

The winners were as follows:

10km men:
Open: Jetro Sithole (Eskom Athletic Club) 36:06, Tebogo Mofete (NAA) 37.04, Banele Ntlui (NAA) 37:13.
40+: Jetro Sithole (Eskom Athletic Club) 36:06.
50+: Warren Swartz (Coaldust) 1:09.28.
60+: Piet Britton (Medihelp) 1:02.52.
Walker: Hendrie Claassen (Coaldust) 1:20.41.
Junior: Banele Ntuli (NAA) 37.13.
