Last chance to experience the Middelburg Care Village’s Lights Festival

This year has seen the Care Village deliver yet another tremendous Lights Festival for the town to enjoy, offering a grand showcase that surpasses the most stringent of expectations.

The Middelburg Care Village’s Lights Festival is set to conclude this Wednesday, leaving you with two more opportunities to experience the spectacular display.

If you have not yet had the pleasure of visiting the Lights Festival, do yourself a favour and partake in the festive spirit either tonight or tomorrow evening.

And if you have attended the festival, take someone who hasn’t and you will most certainly end up on their ‘nice’ list this holiday season.

Another added joy will be knowing that your support will be going towards a good cause, with all funds raised during this Season of Giving contributing to the children of the Care Village.

There will also be a very special guest at the festival, taking time from his busy schedule at the North Pole, Santa Claus himself will be at the Care Village to take photos with any child that would like to meet the man behind the sleigh.

This coincides with a special gift drop-off service, that began on the 16th and will last until the 18th. You can drop off a Christmas present at the Care Village on 2 Walter Sisulu Street, and Mr Claus will hand it out to the children.

You can visit today and on Wednesday between 17:30 and 21:30, with entry fees set at the following prices:

• R40 per person
• R30 for pensioners
• Free for kids under three

A variety of stalls and goodies will also be available for purchase.
