Man injured in hijacking along N11 to Groblersdal

A man has been injured in a hijacking which took place on the N11 (Loskop) earlier this morning.

It was reliably learnt that the hijacking took place near a filling station at Doornkop around 10:00, and that the man was wounded in the leg.

The hijackers allegedly shot him while stealing the vehicle.

The victim was found next to the road, and his vehicle was recovered by the Middelburg K9 Unit later today.
