Motorists and residents are urged to be cautious around Mhluzi and the Middelburg CBD due to a planned march.

A widely circulated pamphlet has been doing the rounds on various social media platforms.

The EFF said it would be marching from eMhluzi Mall to the municipal civic centre from 08:00.

The political party said they are marching for service delivery.

• According to emergency groups, everything is quiet at this stage and no participants are at the municipal building yet.
