Good to the core! The Middelburg SPCA’s Puppy Pilates will undoubtedly exercise the stomach muscles with a combination of stretching and giggling.

The Puppy Pilates day will take place this Saturday at the Middelburg SPCA, where you can participate in a guided Pilates session alongside the SPCA’s most eligible and adoptable puppies.

No experience in Pilates is needed, and puppy playtime, cuddles, adoption opportunities and a feel-good vibe are guaranteed.

Entry fee: Monetary donations, kitten or puppy food
