(Video) Traffic Alert: Meyer Street partially closed due to a sink hole.

In the meantime motorists are advised to use caution and find alternative routes.

Motorists are urged to find alternative routes due to a sink hole on Meyer street, approximately 50m from the Meyer’s Bridge.

The Middelburg Observer went to the site at around 21:15 and found traffic officers along with CPF members hard at work controlling traffic.

The road will be closed from both directions of Brug Street and the Meyer Street intersection and Protea Street.
