The Singh family shared the following information on the passing of Mr Joe Singh in Pretoria last week:

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ramesh (Joe) Singh, who passed away on 9 July 2025.

Mr. Singh was a devoted husband, father and friend, whose warmth and kindness touched everyone around him.

A funeral service will be held at Kingdom Leadership Centre in Middelburg, Mpumalanga Province, on 26 July 2025 at 10h00. The Singh family appreciates
your thoughts and prayers during this time.

Mr. Singh will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Mr Singh passed away in a Pretoria hospital where he was admitted for treatment.

The family did not divulge the cause of his death.

Apart from his business ventures, most notably in the Highveld mining industry (Just Coal), Mr Singh was also a Pastor at Kingdom Leadership Centre.
