The event was a collaborative effort between Nthabiseng the rest of the NPO team, Klein Dissipeltjies, and generous sponsors, who helped make the day memorable for the children.
While the party was a celebration, it also served as a platform to raise awareness about the challenges the centre faces and to reach potential supporters.

Nthabiseng currently struggles to secure a proper location for her aftercare centre, an issue she has faced with little success. She said the party was one way to highlight their working conditions and attract the attention of those willing to help.
The children thoroughly enjoyed the celebration, leaving with lasting memories of joy.

“I hope to secure a new location next year, which will allow the cottage to also serve as a safe house for children without homes. This project means so much to me, and from January, I plan to be hands-on, managing all daily activities myself to ensure everything is done properly,” said Nthabiseng.
