Four-vehicle crash on N4 near Middelburg leaves two injured
Two people were injured, one seriously, in a four-vehicle collision on the N4 outside Middelburg on Friday afternoon. Emergency services have been dispatched and were on route to the scene at the time of reporting.
A serious motor vehicle accident occurred on Friday afternoon, 26 December 2025, on the N4 just outside Middelburg. According to initial reports, four vehicles were involved in the collision.
Two people sustained injuries, with one person reported to be seriously injured. Emergency services have been dispatched and were on their way to the scene, but had not yet arrived at the time of reporting.
The incident caused traffic delays and slow-moving conditions along the route. Motorists were urged to approach the area with caution and to allow emergency vehicles safe access.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
