The March to March protest is underway in Middelburg, with hundreds of demonstrators marching against undocumented foreign nationals in South Africa.

Protesters gathered at Van Blerk’s Square before departing at 09:00.

The march has since moved towards Eastdene and are heading to the town’s industrial area.

Motorists should expect traffic delays along the route and use alternative roads where possible.
