Taxi and truck collide in Meyer-street causing traffic bottleneck

Luckily no one was injured.

A taxi and a truck collided in Meyer Street moments ago.

Both vehicles are currently blocking one lane of Meyer Street in the direction of the railway station from Kanonkop.

Fortunately, no one was injured.

The collision occurred at the intersection of Meyer and Beyers Naudé streets.

The busy intersection is experiencing traffic delays, although traffic is still moving.

The truck came to a stop on the median in Meyer Street.

Recovery operations are expected to begin shortly.
