3-vehicle crash causes delays in Middelburg

Motorists are urged to avoid the intersection after a crash caused by suspected brake failure in Middelburg Central earlier this morning.

Emergency services responded to a three-vehicle collision at the corner of Dr Beyers Naudé Street and Wes Street in Middelburg today (September 3).

Unconfirmed reports from a local traffic alert group suggest one vehicle may have experienced brake failure before the crash.
