Groblersdal: Roadworks in Hereford Street (N11) continue

Potholes are being repaired in Hereford Street (N11), and traffic from the town to Schoeman Road is affected.

Roadworks in Hereford Street (N11) continue today, with a section of the road closed to traffic again while construction workers are busy repairing potholes.

The affected section extends from Design a Sign to just in front of the Suzuki dealership on Hereford Street. The road is closed to traffic travelling from the town towards the Schoeman Road on the N11.

To reduce traffic congestion, one of the dual carriageways from Schoeman Road has been temporarily opened to vehicles travelling from the town, allowing for limited traffic flow while repairs continue.

Motorists are advised to drive with caution when travelling through the area as construction workers are on scene. Workers are directing road users, and road signs have been erected to ensure safety.

• If you know of accidents, fog, large potholes, or other obstructions on the roads that could affect traffic, please call or WhatsApp (with a photo or video, if possible) 082 575 7016.
