Liquidation and Distribution account in deceased estate lying for inspection in the estate of the late: Mankayi Simon Nkosi, Identity Number: 3501065145082 of Portion 5, Ngisana Spesbona Farm, Ermelo, Mpumalanga Province, who died on 28/12/2025.
Under section Article 35 (5) of the Law no. 66 of 1965, notice hereby given that the first and final liquidation and distribution account in the above estate will be open for inspection for the period of 21 days at the office of the Master of the High Court, Middelburg and this Magistrate`s office, Ermelo, from publication hereof.
Unless the Master receives any objections within the given period, the Executor will do disbursement.
