Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Sectional Deed of Transfer ST4374/2011 passed by THE EXECUTORS IN THE ESTATE OF THE LATE ELIZABETH JOHANNA THOMPSON, Number
18366/2010, in favour of PIETER WYNAND THOMPSON, Identity Number 570128 5003 08 1, Unmarried, in respect of certain:
(ONE HALF) SHARE IN:
1. A unit consisting of –
(a) Section Number 3 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number
SS 16/1998, in the scheme known as ITRICIA in respect of the land and building or buildings situate at ERF 302 ERMELO, Local Authority: MSUKALIGWA LOCAL MUNICIPALITY, of which section the floor area, according to the said Sectional Plan, is 142 (ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY TWO) square metres in extent; and
(b) an undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan.
which has been lost or destroyed.
All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds: Mpumalanga at Mbombela within two weeks from the date of publication of this notice.
