Nibe’s journey into the world of bodybuilding began back in 2014, inspired by the dedication and success of his brother, as well as fitness legends like Kevin Levrone and Ronnie Coleman. These influential figures ignited a passion within him, pushing him to commit to the sport seriously. However, he attributes much of his motivation to his biggest inspirations, Sibusiso Kotelo and Muzi Maluleke, whose journeys he admires greatly.

Nibe reflects on how bodybuilding has profoundly transformed his life, instilling in him essential qualities such as discipline, hard work, and resilience, which have become integral parts of his character.
Nibe’s typical training day involves a rigorous routine to optimise his performance. “I start with a 30-minute cardio session to elevate my heart rate, followed by an intense weightlifting regimen targeting different muscle groups. In the evenings, I focus on abs and stretching,” he explained.
