Riah Skit gives a stellar performance

MIDRAND – Rapper Khumo Bokaba, known as Riah Skit said that people could look out for his new music and reality show coming soon.


Local rap artist Khumo Bokaba better known as Riah Skit gave a stellar performance at Cappello Midrand on August 28.

The 20-year-old musician who caught many people’s attention after they saw a video of him freestyling on social media, once again decided to take the music to his fans and give them a live performance.

On the night of his performance, Bokaba performed some of his new songs, Execute, Love Me, Ebumnandini, SlayQ Lifestyle and Bom Dia.

Explaining what inspired his performance, the up-and-coming star said he had worked, written and produced music for many artists and felt the timing was right for him to showcase his own talent and versatility.

“Most of my fans and followers have constantly been asking me since 2019 to release my own songs and to perform on stage as they felt that my music was on par with that of international artists,” he added.

He said going forward, he aimed to work and collaborate with other artists on the African continent as well as those abroad.

“Currently, I am working on releasing more songs as well as working my own reality show called Diaries of A Schoolkid which not only aims to tell my life story but delves into the challenges youth are facing including some of the social ills.”
