Whenever an opportunity to drive the latest car on the market comes up, I grab it.
Last week, I attended the all-new Volkswagen Arteon launch in Johannesburg.
The Arteon has been one of the much-anticipated cars for the year 2018, as it is the VW CC’s replacement, and it wins in the looks department.
I will not tell you the changes and driving dynamics implemented on it until my detailed review comes out in a week’s time, of course.
So my driving partner, Wezile Bonani (Bay FM), and I put to the test the VW Park Assist.
The Arteon parked itself quickly and easily. It simply steers itself into parking spaces with the touch of a button.
All you have to do is work the pedals.
