Tractor run makes it to Lowveld

The New Holland tractor team have made their way from the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town to the Lowveld in just 28 days.

The highly publicised New Holland Tractor Run has finally made it’s way into the lowveld. On Wednesday morning the New Holland team will be arriving in Nelspruit escourted by a team of local cyclists, rhino supporters and those wanting to show their support for this worthy cause.

The team will enter along the N4 from the Halls Gateway filling station and should enter town at approximately 10:00 where they will slowly make their way to the first stop on the journey at Laerskool Bergland.

That evening they will host a function at Umbali Lodge where Karen Ferreira and JT will entertain the guests. Tables for the event are available at a cost of just R3 500 or R 300 per head. All funds raised will be donated to the fight against rhino poaching and the famed rhino orphanage to rehabilitate the young rhino orphaned because of poaching in the Kruger National Park.

The tractor run started their trip from the Waterfront in Cape Town to Limpopo and is now nearing their final stretch to Louis Trighaardt.
