A man arrested in connection with dealing dagga at Ekulindeni .

EKULINDENI- A Swazi man was arrested in connection with dealing dagga worth an
estimated cost of R65 0000 briefly appeared in the Eerstehoek Magistrates
Court.
Mr Bongani K Tfwala was arrested on September 21 is after the police
were tipped about a car carrying dagga at Msauli mine, a few kilometres from
Ekulindeni police Station.
The police responded swiftly to the information
and found Tfwala who was transporting dagga from Swaziland in his white Mazda 6
Dubai car. “Three big bags of compressed dagga weighing 43,740 kg were found in
his car,” explained Const Solly Mbokane.
He was remanded in custody.

Captain PM Shabangu the station commander of Ekulindeni applauded the two
officers who arrested the suspect for the job-well done.
The suspect was
remanded in custody and will appear again on October 3 for bail application.
