Businesswoman spreading her wings to Angola

The owner and founder of Cathedral Trading and Projects Construction Company is ecstatic to be exhibiting her products in the Feira International de Angola (FILDA) this coming week.

The owner and founder of Cathedral Trading and Projects Construction Company, Ms Nobelungu Magamba, says she is ecstatic to be participating in the Feira International de Angola (FILDA) trade exhibition, which will be taking place in Luanda, Angola from 22-27 July 2014.

Magamba, who is based in KwaMhlanga, Mpumalanga, is one of the 27 South African businesspeople who have received financial support from the Department of Trade and Industry’s (the dti) Export Marketing and Investment Assistance Scheme (EMIA) to exhibit their products and services at the fair.

Magamba says this is her first participation in an international exhibition through the assistance of the dti. She is looking forward to making the best of the opportunity.

“I am very ambitious and going against all odds in a male-dominated business sector of construction. I want to make a meaningful impact in the industry,’’ proclaims Magamba.

She adds that as a first-time participant, she is very confident that the exhibition will offer her business an opportunity to grow both nationally and internationally through networks she hopes to establish in Angola.
