Women in Crown treated in style in Tekwane South

The first annual gathering hosted different speakers who motivated the crowd about the values of being a great women.

Local women came together to celebrate the first annual Women in Crown conference at the House of Goshen International Ministries on Saturday, September 27.

The event organiser, Gugu Gwebu, said the aim of the event was to bring women together to empower one another. They were reminded of the importance of embodying qualities like wisdom, courage, resilience, capability and compassion, and of recognising how much God has entrusted to them.

“In the biblical context, women are often associated with crowns symbolising honour, virtue and leadership. The Bible describes a ‘wife of noble character’ as her husband’s crown, highlighting the value of a virtuous woman in bringing honour and stability to her family,” Gwebu said.

“Your presence and participation made it truly special. I am grateful for your support, love and enthusiasm,” she said.
