TS Galaxy Queens trio called up to Banyana Banyana squad

These ladies are part of the Banyana Banyana camps in preparation of the Cosafa Women's Champions and the Women's Africa Cup of Nations.

Three TS Galaxy Queens are on national duty with Sasol Banyana Banyana’s 38-member squad.

Dineo Magagula, Refiloe Jane and Sibahle Maneli joined the training camp for the Cosafa Women’s Championship and the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (Wafcon).

The club congratulated the players, stating that the call-up was a well-deserved recognition of their talent and hard work.

The team will go into camp on Friday, February 13, in preparation for the two tournaments to be played this year.

The Cosafa Women’s Championship will be held in Polokwane from February 18 to March 1, while the Wafcon is scheduled to take place in Morocco from March 17 to April 3.

The squad of 38 players will train together until it is trimmed after Cosafa, before the start of the Wafcon camp.
In Cosafa, Banyana Banyana are in Group A with Malawi, Lesotho and Angola.
