WATCH: Motorists burn tyres at Vanderbijlpark License Department

Speaking to Sedibeng Ster, a motorist who did not want to be named said he is frustrated because there are no available slots at a number of driving licence testing centres (DLTC) in the Vaal Triangle.

He also said as they struggle to find available dates online, the expiry date of his licence is getting closer and closer but there is no option to walk into a licensing department to renew his driving licence.
