Joburg Mayor Mpho Phalatse is laying criminal charges against several ANC and EFF councillors at the Hillbrow Police Station.

Phalatse is joined by multi-party coalition government councillors, who suffered physical injuries after Thursday’s fiasco at the council meeting.
