Kahlua cocktail with Amaretto and vanilla drinking yoghurt 

This cocktail recipe combines rich espresso with the deep, coffee-forward notes of Kahlua and the nutty warmth of Amaretto.

This Vanilla Kahlua Cocktail with Amaretto is made with drinking yoghurt, which adds a creamy texture and a gentle vanilla note. Served over ice, it’s the kind of cocktail you can enjoy at almost any time.

Ingredients

  • 45 ml espresso
  • 60 ml kahlua
  • 30 ml amaretto
  • 225 ml LANCEWOOD Low Fat Drinking Yoghurt, vanilla flavoured 
  • ice cubes

Method

1. Add the vanilla drinking yoghurt, espresso, Kahlua, and Amaretto to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

2. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until the mixture is chilled and frothy.

3. Strain into two glasses, add a straw, and serve immediately.
