Kahlua cocktail with Amaretto and vanilla drinking yoghurt

Ingredients
- 45 ml espresso
- 60 ml kahlua
- 30 ml amaretto
- 225 ml LANCEWOOD Low Fat Drinking Yoghurt, vanilla flavoured
- ice cubes
Method
1. Add the vanilla drinking yoghurt, espresso, Kahlua, and Amaretto to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until the mixture is chilled and frothy.
3. Strain into two glasses, add a straw, and serve immediately.
