Wake up to warm, ready-made oats
Oats are an ideal breakfast option because they contain fibre-rich carbohydrates that help provide steady energy through the morning.
Delay Start Oats are ideal for rushed mornings. You add the oats, milk, boiling water and a pinch of salt to your Instant Pot the night before and then set the timer so breakfast cooks later. By the time you wake up, you have a warm, creamy bowl ready to go.
Oats contain fibre, including beta-glucan, which helps keep you fuller for longer. They also provide slow-release carbohydrates for steady energy, plus useful nutrients such as magnesium, iron, zinc, and B vitamins. Recipe compliments of Instant Pot.
