Are you a smooth talker? Here’s the smoothest cocktail ever … far better to serve this than dish up some corny pick-up line. Trust us.
To make this drink all you need is:
- 50ml Flowstone Snuffbox gin
- 15ml simple syrup
- 15ml lemon juice
- 1 egg white

To get the perfect foam, shake the ingredients together without the ice, then add ice and shake for another 20 seconds.. Pour carefully into a cocktail glass, keep the ice back. The foam will float to the top. Grate a dusting of nutmeg and cocoa over the top for garnish
