Ingredients

  • 50ml Cape Velvet Cream Strawberry
  • 25ml Pampelle Aperitif
  • 10ml Eezee foam
  • 50ml coconut water

Method

  • Freeze coconut water in an ice mould.
  • Shake all ingredients in an ice shaker.
  • Strain into a glass over the coconut ice.
  • Garnish with toasted coconut flakes and edible flowers.
