This Melon and Mint Cooler is the perfect post-Christmas pick-me-up. It’s hydrating, naturally sweet, and packed with vitamins, offering a gentle detox while still feeling like a treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ripe melon (honeydew or cantaloupe), cubed
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 6–8 fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
  • ½ cup coconut water or chilled sparkling water
  • Ice cubes

Method

  1. Place the melon, lime juice, mint leaves, and coconut water in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  3. Strain if desired for a lighter texture.
  4. Pour into glasses over ice and garnish with mint.
