This lychee cocktail works well as a pre-dinner drink, especially if you want something lighter than a classic martini.
This is a clean, lightly perfumed cocktail that’s perfect for weekend sundowners. Lychee brings a soft sweetness and floral note, vodka gives it a kick, while a small amount of vermouth keeps the drink from being too syrupy.
Ingredients
60 ml vodka
30 ml lychee liqueur or lychee syrup
15 ml dry vermouth
Ice
Lychees, to garnish
Method
Add the vodka, lychee liqueur or syrup and dry vermouth to a cocktail shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice.
Shake firmly for 10 to 15 seconds until well chilled.
