3 murder victims found hanging from tree near Malalane

A team of investigators has been assembled to investigate the murders of three people.

Three murder victims were discovered in Makemeke, near Malalane, in Mpumalanga yesterday.

According to an article published by Lowvelder, provincial police spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Jabu Ndubane says the police attended the scene and found three bodies, with severe bruises and burns, hanging from a tree.

“The motive behind the killings is unknown at this stage and no arrests have been made. The circumstances surrounding this incident will form part of the investigation,” she says.

A team of investigators has already been assembled to probe the murders.

The police urge members of the community who have information about this horrific crime to come forward.
