Three murder victims found hanging from tree near Malalane

A team of investigators has been assembled to search for the killers.

Three murder victims were discovered in Makemeke, near Malalane, today, January 30.

According to a provincial police spokesperson, Lieutenant Colonel Jabu Ndubane, the police attended the scene and found three bodies with severe bruises and burns, hanging from a tree.

“The motive behind the killings is unknown at this stage and no arrests have been made. The circumstances surrounding this incident will form part of the investigation,” she said.

Ndubane said the police urged members of the community to assist with information that can assist in finding those behind this horrific crime. A team of investigators has already been assembled to probe this incident.
