Four people die in accident on N17 Road – woman stuck in traffic gives birth

ER24 confirmed the deaths of four people.

Four people died in an accident that happened yesterday (7 April). The deceased were found lying around one vehicle while a woman and two children were seated near the other vehicle.

Medics assessed the patients and found that three men had already succumbed to their injuries.

ER24 medics provided the critically injured man with advanced life support interventions.

They then transported him to the Ermelo Provincial Hospital, but sadly he died in hospital later.

According to emergency services, Igagu Emergency Services transported the two children and one female patient (the childrens’ mother) to the Ermelo Provincial Hospital with minor injuries.

The woman got into the ambulance and the paramedic had to deliver the baby en route to hospital.

The woman and baby were then admitted to Ermelo Provincial Hospital.
