Krugersdorp shooting under investigation, attempted murder case opened

Police are investigating an attempted murder after a shooting on Robert Broom Drive, with no arrests made and details still unclear.

A case of attempted murder has been opened following yesterday morning’s shooting on Robert Broom Drive in Krugersdorp.

According to Gauteng police spokesperson Captain Tintswalo Sibeko, an investigation is ongoing and no arrests have yet been made.

At the scene, the Krugersdorp News saw one of the vehicles involved, which appeared to belong to a taxi association.

However, the exact role of the driver or occupants of this vehicle remains unclear, as police could not comment further at this stage.
