The SAPS is searching for suspects following the shooting and murder of a man in Sabie last night.

Provincial police spokesperson Colonel Donald Mdhluli says police received a call about a shooting at 19:00, but when they arrived at the scene, the victim had already been rushed to hospital. He died from his wounds there.

Mdhluli says the man was shot multiple times.

A case of murder has been opened and is being investigated.
