Media mogul Shona Ferguson to be laid to rest

Beloved actor and producer, Shona Ferguson will be laid to rest on Wednesday, August 4. In a statement released by the family, the private ceremony will be attended by family members only.

The 47-year-old Shona died on July 30 after battling Covid-19. Messages of condolences have been pouring in for the late actor ever since news of his passing broke. He was married to fellow actor, Connie Ferguson and together they founded Ferguson Films.

In a post on August 1, Connie described their marriage as a ‘once in a lifetime kind of love’. She noted “Oh how God has loved me to give me you. You and I were joined at the hip, now I feel completely off-balance, incomplete, without my other half. We share a once in a lifetime kind of love, a love like no other that surpasses all understanding! A love that outlives even death.”
