The bakkie of Erik Vermaak is believed to have rolled 300m after it left the R40 road.

After days of searching, an employee from Hi-Tech Barberton in Mpumalanga, Erik Vermaak’s, body was found near the R40 Bulembu road outside the town, earlier today.

Sakkie Dednam of Hi-Tech Barberton confirmed Vermaak’s bakkie was found there with his body next to it after what seems to have been a motor vehicle accident. His bakkie left the road at the Eureka lookout point and rolled for about 300m.
