Proteas suffer double injury blow

One player was injured during the first ODI at Wanderers and the second during a training session.

Proteas all-rounder Andile Phehlukwayo and fast bowler Ottniel Baartman have been ruled out of the remainder of the ODI series against India due to injury.

Phehlukwayo suffered a left side strain during the first ODI at the Wanderers on Sunday, while Baartman sustained a right side strain at training.

Western Province fast bowler Beuran Hendricks has been added to the squad.

The second ODI at St George’s Park in PE started at 13:00.
