R101 temporarily closed following fatal incident
Three people have been confirmed dead.

LIMPOPO – The R101 between Maubane and Pienaarsrivier Dekman Farm has been temporarily closed.
According to the Transport Department’s Media Liaison Officer, Mike Maringa, the closure follows a fatal head-on collision involving two vehicles.
“Three people have so far been confirmed dead. Motorists are advised to use the N1 from Pienaarsrivier,” Maringa advised.
These fatalities bring the number of people killed on Limpopo roads since Thursday, to 10.
Last night, four people were killed in a crash on the D856, while one person passed away following an incident on the R81.
