Total Covid-19 cases in South Africa rises to 14 355
The Eastern Cape and Western Cape combined comprise 91% of the new 831 cases.

On Saturday, the number of cases of people infected with Covid-19 in the country had increased by 831 bringing the total to 14 355.
This according to a statement by the department of health.
A further 14 deaths were recorded in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of deaths to 259.
A total of 149 deaths had been recorded in the Western Cape while 45 deaths were recorded in Kwa-Zulu Natal.
Gauteng accounted for 25 of the total deaths.
The Eastern Cape and Western Cape combined comprise 91% of the new 831 cases.
A total of 18 004 new tests had been done bringing the total number of tests conducted to 439 559 tests.
6 478 patients had recovered.
