WATCH: Leopard attacks woman in Mumbai

A woman was attacked by a leopard in Mumbai, India. This is the fourth leopard attack in the past few days.

On Wednesday, September 29, a 55-year-old woman was attacked by a leopard in a suburb of Mumbai, India.

CCTV footage captured the incident, as seen below:

According to the Times of India, the woman escaped with minor injuries and suffered scratch marks on her face, chest, and back.

The leopard has been identified as a sub-adult female.

Since this latest incident, authorities set up traps in the nearby forest in order to finally capture the leopard.

The leopard has now been taken to a rescue centre at Sanjay Gandhi National Park for treatment. Read more on the Indian Express.
