According to police the deceased’s body was discovered by her 79-year-old brother who had left her sleeping in morning, while he went out to herd cattle.

Upon his return he called his sister, but when he received no response he went to look for her at the neighbours’ house.

The neighbour accompanied him back to the house where they were both shocked to find the body. They claimed to have found the woman strangled with a cloth, arms and legs bound with clothes.
