Wife watches in horror as husband shot in head
The couple were driving along a dirt road when they were accosted by two armed men.

A man was shot and killed in Motala Heights, KwaZulu-Natal on Tuesday morning, reports Highway Mail.
Blue Security’s community and media liaison officer Andreas Mathios said the motorist was driving with his wife along a dirt road in the neighbourhood when a gang of armed men ambushed them.
Two of the three suspects, who were lying in wait in a white Toyota Tazz behind dense foliage, jumped out and ambushed the couple.

“One of the men pulled open the driver’s door and fired two shots at the male victim’s head.
“The men demanded cash and a firearm from the victim’s wife and fled the scene in the Tazz with a sum of cash and her cellphone,” said Mathios.
Paramedics declared the man dead at the scene. SAPS are investigating.
